Physician Recruitment Process and Compensation Overview
This position combines a base salary guarantee with a two-tier wRVU production model, a quality incentive, and introductory bonuses. Total earning potential is around $375,000, and the benefits package is detailed below.

Introductory Incentives
- Start bonus of $30,296, paid at the first payroll following your start date
- Student loan reimbursement of $30,000 per year, paid over three years, earned at each contract anniversary and requiring an active loan balance with an approved lender
- Relocation reimbursement up to $15,000 with approved receipts
- Introductory incentives carry clawback provisions: relocation if employment ends before the second anniversary, start bonus if before the third anniversary
