As a Family Medicine physician with Norman Regional Health System, you will join a rapidly expanding primary care network built to meet the needs of one of Oklahoma’s fastest growing regions. Your practice is fully outpatient and anchored in newly built or recently expanded clinics that were created specifically to accommodate rising population demand. This means you step into a role shaped by growth, not turnover, giving you stability and long term opportunity from day one.

With a true four day workweek, 36 patient facing hours, and a half day of administrative time completed from home, you will enjoy a level of balance that is rare in today’s primary care landscape. Without inpatient responsibilities or daily call demands, your attention stays focused on the relationships and continuity that define exceptional Family Medicine.

  • 100 percent outpatient Family Medicine with no inpatient responsibilities
  • Growing multi campus, nonprofit system with new clinics built to meet increasing demand
  • Flexible four day workweek (36 clinical hours) with a half day of admin done from home
